David Arquette has checked out of rehab

David Arquette has checked out of rehab after four weeks of treatment.
The 39-year-old Scream actor is 'feeling good' after completing treatment at the Betty Ford Centre, according to his representative.
The actor is 'In great spirits,' a source told People. 'He's feeling good and he's ready to move forward.'
Arquette checked into rehab at the beginning of January for 'alcohol and other issues' according to his representative.
Following his split from his wife Courteney Cox late last year, the actor was spotted partying on several occasions.
He also confessed to feelings of depression.
He also gave an interview to Howard Stern on his radio show, saying that he and Cox had not had sex for four months.
He adding he cheated on Cox with a waitress, saying it made him feel 'pretty manly.'
Meanwhile, Cox fully supported her husband's decision to enter rehab.
