This makes two in a row. Last year or maybe two years ago, Rihanna had to cancel a major tour because of poor ticket sales. Back then, she wasn't formally down with Jay-Z on the management side. Now that she is Roc Nation, one would expect things to change. That is not the case, according to reports. She may have to cancel this tour as well for the same reason.
